The 3 month course will be led by Mary and Alera from SAGE Insights. 

Mary Saunders, the founder of SAGE Insights, has an extensive background in personal and professional development. Her inquisitive mind allows her to uncover insights that remove any blocks and barriers you might be experiencing. Her techniques are backed by science and decades of experience in education and community development and have seen countless success stories. 

Alera Kingham has a background in event planning and retail which is where she found her passion for assisting people and her skills for transforming a business to be the best it can be. As a small business owner and leader herself, Alera loves changing cultures and people, to make them better than ever thought possible.
